The communications officer of the Euro-Mediterranean Economists Association – EMEA and Euro-Mediterranean Network for Economic Studies – EMNES, George Christopoulos, participated at the “Conference on Greece-China relations and the Belt and Road Initiative”. The event was organized by the Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation in collaboration with the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and with the support of China Daily, and took place in Athens on 08.11.19
The Conference aimed to promote academic relations and research on China and Greece, in order to enhance bilateral cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative framework.
Keynote speakers of the conference were Zhang Qiyue, Chinese Ambassador to Greece, Adonis Georgiadis, Minister Development & Investments and Xie Fuzhan, President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
